Location: Brooklyn, New York (DUMBO HQ)
Contractor, ~30-40 hours/week (Tues, Weds, Thurs in-office)

Toast Media Group is a digital marketing agency based in Brooklyn, New York that works with a wide range of clients — from DTC startups to Fortune 500 companies — to connect their brands to customers in the places where they’re spending time.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the creative team to concept, shoot and edit social-first videos across clients in the wellness and food space

  • Work within longterm campaign and trend-based quick turn around deadlines

  • Bring a knowledge of trends (formats, audios, visual style) across Instagram and TikTok and what works

  • Work with the creative team to develop brand-defining shooting and editing styles for various clients

  • Edit videos aligned with social platform best practices and with a keen eye for what elements of creative have an impact on performance

  • Communicate various project progress effectively with creative lead and within Airtable project tracking system

  • Develop treatments, shot lists and breakdowns, as needed

  • Research, write scripts and direct talent, as needed

  • Assistance in coordinating larger shoots

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience producing professional social-first video in the lifestyle brand space

  • Experience producing video projects from concept through delivery

  • Comfort being on camera, as needed

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, generate new ideas consistently and work in a fast-paced environment that pivots quickly

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects
