Position Overview: As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will focus on developing full ecosystem digital marketing strategies that encompass go-to-market initiatives, social media, email/CRM, SEO, influencer and performance marketing. Your expertise will help elevate our clients’ brands and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement holistic digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement effective go-to-market plans for new product launches or brand repositioning, including market research, competitive analysis, and positioning frameworks.

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop engaging social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive traffic and conversions across various platforms.

  • Email/CRM Strategy: Develop email/CRM ecosystems with a focus on smart segmentation, personalization, and automation to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.

  • SEO Strategy: Understand the impact and opportunity of SEO in the broader marketing ecosystem and develop strategic editorial calendars to improve organic search rankings, while ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and objectives.

  • Performance Marketing: Develop and oversee and/or implement paid media strategies, including PPC and social advertising, to maximize ROI and achieve client-specific KPIs.

  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, presenting strategic recommendations and insights based on data-driven analysis.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, communicating those insights and recommendations to our clients and working with our team to implement them in a phased testing structure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or digital marketing strategy development, preferably within an agency setting and brand-side.

  • Proven expertise in full ecosystem digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and performance marketing.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy formulation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM software).

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends.
